Normal Human is a very silly group charades party game about protecting your alien friend from a government agent. The alien player doesn’t know what their friends are charading. The alien wants to stay hidden from the agent AND guess the charade. Meanwhile, the performers want to hide the alien AND perform the charade well, so the alien can guess correctly.
It’s a hoot.
I’m really proud of how this game design turned out. This is a collaboration with my local friends Bobby and Jono, who used the Jasper Beatrix credit here to acknowledge the wonderful folks who help us with playtesting.
Normal Human plays splendidly with families and as a big convention game. Cheers to R&R Games for embracing our vision. They packed the box full of great prompts, around double our original set. It was a pleasure to work with Dan & Frank on this project.
